Based in Toronto, I launched this blog in 2015 as a creative outlet for my thoughts on fashion, film and literature. It has grown with me over the years as I explored ethical fashion, clean beauty, sustainable travel, culture, and spirituality.

These days, I’m publishing more long-form essays and memoir. I’m posting less on social media to focus on writing with a longer shelf live.

Beyond blogging, I am a published fiction author, dabble in travel photography, and run the Alchemy Healing Weekly on Substack, where I share limiting-belief recodes and teachings on inner transformation. Oh, and I am on the cusp of Pisces and Aquarius, if that explains anything.
